These terms cover your use of play.cornholeclt.com and Cornhole Charlotte leagues, tournaments and blind draw nights in Charlotte, NC. By signing up you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep your account to yourself and give accurate details. One account per person.

Signups and payments

• League fees are shown before you pay and are paid by card or PayPal. Late signups are prorated as shown at checkout.
• A team is active once both players have paid.
• Blind draw entry fees are paid in cash at the venue.

Playing

• Divisions, schedules and boards are set by the app and league staff. Staff may correct scores and resolve disputes; their decision is final.
• Be respectful to other players, staff and the venue. We may remove anyone who isn't.
• You play at your own risk. Cornhole Charlotte isn't responsible for injuries or lost or damaged property at events.

Text messages (Cornhole Charlotte league alerts)

• Program: Cornhole Charlotte league alerts.
• What we send: board and match alerts (for example, “You're up on Board C”) on league and event nights, and one-time sign-in codes when you ask for one.
• How to join: tick the text alerts box when you sign up or on your Settings page. Consent isn't a condition of joining a league.
• How often: message frequency varies, usually a few texts on nights you play.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Stop or get help: Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can also turn texts off on your Settings page.
• Support: hello@cornholeclt.com.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We never sell or share your mobile number for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

The site

We work to keep the site running and scores accurate, but it's provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Cornhole Charlotte's liability is limited to the fees you paid for the season or event concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you about important changes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
